About the Firm

I am an entrepreneur. In addition to this law firm, I’ve founded three other privately-funded ventures, and I’ve served on the senior management teams of three more. I’ve pitched to angel investors and VCs. I’ve sweated out the day before payroll. I’ve enjoyed the thrill of seeing my big idea go to market and find popularity. I’ve fired before I’ve aimed, and I’ve pivoted. I love the constant challenges and the limitless feel of opportunity, and I appreciate the risks.

So I am building this law firm specifically to serve entrepreneurial business and the people who start and lead them. I want my firm to be an engine for your growth.

Jason has substantial experience in all of the areas of primary concern to growing, privately-held businesses, including corporate formation and governance; private capital and M&A; employment matters; intellectual property law and licensing; operational and regulatory compliance; and all manners of contracts and transactions.
